JTBC’s upcoming drama “The Good Man” has unveiled its first teaser video forward of its premiere!
The noir drama “The Good Man” will inform the story of Park Seok Chul (Lee Dong Wook), the eldest grandson of a third-generation gangster household with an unexpectedly pure coronary heart, and his past love Kang Mi Younger (Lee Sung Kyung), who desires of changing into a singer.
The newly launched teaser gives a glimpse into Park Seok Chul’s precarious life and internal battle. Although he by no means wished the gangster life, he rose via the ranks because of his dedication, ultimately changing into the group’s ace. Now craving to go away all of it behind, he’s confronted with one remaining request from Kim Chang Soo (Lee Moon Shik), who asks him to remove Kang Tae Hoon (Park Hoon), the boss of a rival gang.
The request plunges Park Seok Chul deeper into turmoil, with Kang Tae Hoon’s chilling voiceover, “Park Seok Chul, why you of all individuals?” sparking intrigue about their mysterious connection.
The teaser ends on a tense notice with Park Seok Chul’s ominous narration, “If this continues, it’ll be an actual warfare.” Whether or not he can break away from his entangled gangster previous and pursue the life he really wishes stays to be seen within the upcoming drama.

“The Good Man” is ready to premiere on July 18 at 8:50 p.m. KST and can air two consecutive episodes each Friday.
