NPG Information and Paisley Park Enterprises, in partnership with Warner Information and Legacy Recordings, have introduced newly remastered, Dolby Atmos and Deluxe Editions of Prince And The Revolution’s Billboard No.1 album Round The World In A Day.
Launched on 22 April 1985, Round The World In A Day landed simply 15 days after the curtain fell on Prince’s era-defining Purple Rain Tour. At present, shock album drops are routine. Again then, it was unthinkable. Solely Prince might – and did – pull it off.
