Shortly after she stop her submit as one Butcher Infants‘ two vocalists, Carla Harvey stated she left the gig to give attention to her “death-care” profession. And whereas she began her personal venture this previous September, it seems like she’s again within the music recreation for realsies this time, as she’s been introduced as the brand new singer for Belgian digital group Lords of Acid.

“I had three favourite bands in highschool: Weapons N’ Roses, Pantera and Lords of Acid. Each formed me and uniquely influenced me as an artist. LOA had me hooked from the second I heard ‘I Sit On Acid’ as a young person dancing the evening away at Detroit’s goth Industrial Haven Metropolis Membership.
“My obsession with LOA solely grew after I noticed Coop’s paintings on the quilt of Voodoo U. Now I get to file an album and go on tour with my industrial heroes! Pinch 16 12 months previous me! She’ll be the one within the vocal sales space. Whereas my new band The Violent Hour is about to launch its first single in February, I’m including a bucket record merchandise to my resume: Reigning ‘Acid Queen’. Reward the Lords!”
