Haim have been having enjoyable previewing their new album I stop with new singles and canopy paintings that recreates well-known paparazzi footage. Thus far we’ve heard “Relationships,” “All people’s Attempting To Determine Me Out,” and “Down To Be Unsuitable,” and now the trio is sharing “Take Me Again.”
“we began penning this at my residence studio on storage band,” Danielle wrote on Instagram. She continued:
It instantly felt good trigger it was good and quick. we simply had this chorus… “take me again, take me again”
this was a really nostalgic time for the three of us as a result of all of us discovered ourselves single for the primary time since we had been all in highschool. we we had been going out on a regular basis, simply the three of us (no boyfriends lol). we introduced the refrain to @matsor and the remainder of the music kinda flew out of all of us. Tobias came to visit and all of us simply began exchanging loopy tales about our teenage years. lengthy story short- highschool is insane. these tales are actual. names have been modified. shout out to @lachsa_official , a free arts highschool that each one 3 of us had been fortunate sufficient to attend in la. and largest shout out to @matsor for creating this magical sound with us (it makes me emotional as a result of if teenage Danielle knew she could be making music that appeared like this, she wouldn’t imagine it). take me again out midnight est!
