Bruce Springsteen has launched a brand new, six-track digital EP, the Land Of Hope & Desires EP. Hearken to it under.
Drawn from recordings made in Manchester on Might 14, the EP opens with Springsteen’s tackle from the beginning of the present.
“In my residence, the America I like, the America I’ve written about, and has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is at the moment within the fingers of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration.
“Tonight, we ask all who consider in democracy and the very best of our American expertise to rise with us, increase your voices in opposition to the authoritarianism, and let freedom ring.”
Springsteen’s feedback due ire from President Trump, who described him as “extremely overrated” and “dumb as a rock”, later accusing him of taking part in an “unlawful election rip-off” for Kamala Harris.
