Roger Waters has shared a brand new dwell video of him performing the title monitor of his 2017 solo album, Is This the Life We Actually Need?.
The brand new clip is taken from Waters’ upcoming movie, This Is Not A Drill – Stay From Prague The Film, which will likely be launched in cinemas worldwide by Trafalgar Releasing and Sony Music Imaginative and prescient starting on 23 July.
The brand new movie, introduced in 8K, captures Waters’ This Is Not A Drill tour, billed as his “first ever Farewell Tour”, on the O2 Enviornment within the Czech Republic on Might 25 in 2023. The tour was dubbed as assault on “company dystopia through which all of us wrestle to outlive and is devoted to our brothers and sisters everywhere in the world who’re engaged within the existential battle for the soul of humanity”.
The movie options 20 traditional Pink Floyd and Waters solo songs, together with: Us & Them, Comfortably Numb, Want You Have been Right here in addition to a model new tune, The Bar.
The accompanying music will likely be launched on Legacy Recordings, {the catalogue} division of Sony Music Leisure, on August 1, and can see the efficiency introduced as a 4 LP set, Blu-ray, a 2 CD set, on DVD and as Digital Audio.
Tickets for This Is Not A Drill – Stay From Prague The Film will go on sale from June 12.
