SHAB’s story spans continents and braveness. A refugee from Iran’s authoritarian grip, she arrived in America talking solely Farsi and German, studying English as a youngster whereas working three jobs. She graduated from college, briefly studied legislation, then adopted the music that had at all times known as to her. Immediately, she stands as a fearless voice for ladies’s rights, unflinching in her defiance of what she calls “the Gangster Regime” in Tehran.
